Fountain Square Apartments

We lived at Fountain Square apartments when I worked in Milwaukee. This was our 3 apartment and it was the best by far. Connected garage so we didn't have to get out in the snow and rain to get in our car. Very clean and quiet, beautiful place.

I moved into my apartment in 2021 and recently renewed my lease for the third time. Maintenance staff responds in a timely manner. After our garbage disposal stopped working, someone came by the following business day to fix it. When the water level in the restroom was low, Tim(?) came the next business day as well. Tim(?) also took his shoes off before he entered the apartment, which was considerate since we dont wear shoes in the house. Same thing goes for the people who came in to do the yearly inspections. The assistant property manager and property manager, Rodolfo(?) and Angela(?) were also understanding when we were a day late to renew our lease. We have had a positive experiencing living here.

What a wonderful place to live - I lived here for six years (2017-2023) and moved out after getting married. I have nothing but positives to say about living here. When you need something, everyone was very quick to respond and create resolution. Great job with landscaping and snow cleanup. Consistently making updates to make it a better living experience. Newly remodeled cardio/weight room. Made some great friends with neighbors who are very nice. Also a great pool to utilize all summer long!

Lovely place and apartment is great. The grounds are kept up well .. the office staff are quite friendly and accommodating... If you need maintenance they are Johnny on the spot.

Current resident, place is getting worse and worse with the rules. Pool bath rooms now only open till 5 Monday through Friday. Devaluing everyones apartment not right next to the pool area and those that work a traditional 9-5. Basically encouraging everyone to urinate in the pool. Gross
