Noise, noise, noise. These apartments are built terribly. Prepare to hear pounding and clanging from the underground parking at 5-6am, arguing and loud taking from outside and above/below at all hours, the halls and elevator smell like weed, and then you get notices that they have random inspections. In one year, they have had 3 inspections. They wont tell you when, just leave a note a few days in advance with 2-3 different days that are possibilities. Guess you have to be okay with locking up your dog for two days, and letting strangers poke around your bathroom and bedroom. They need to inspect the rest of the building.

The review from Mary is accurate. The police are always here. At LEAST once a week you see a police car or an officer. Sometimes 3x a week. Things in these apartments frequently break, and you can hear everything above you, below you, in the halls, in the garage, and outside. The sound proofing is non existent. People came home from work on a Friday to an inspection notice for Monday OR Tuesday, 9-4. What kind of apartments do inspections? Not nice ones.

Lived here a few years ago, management was terrible!! I was working with one of the office managers about a situation with my apartment and then suddenly I stop receiving communication from that person come to find out months later they was no longer there anymore! I had left messages to the office to call me to about the situation that was being handled by the old manager but they never responded. I would not recommend! When I did speck with office manager they were very rude and disrespectful!

If you want to waste your time finding apartments, this is for you. I called them and left a voicemail but never got a return call. Went to their office during posted hour business and no one answer the door either. Waited about 30 min at the front door, no answer. All their 5 stars rating has no actual comment. I hope they change their management team.

I dont know where Apartments.com gets high ratings for this place. There was just one review & it was negative. Now I see here that there are negative remarks. I think the ratings of 5 stars here are from employees. Liz Johnson is part of the management. She lied to me back in 2018 to rent this place & omitted telling me important facts. Each year my rent goes up at least $30/mo. This year some of the rents were raised over $200/mo. And these are people on Section 42 on a very limited income. There is only a part-time maintenance man, staff almost never on-site, they dont answer the phones & sometimes wont answer emails.The cops are here about 3x per week. My senior neighbor went without heat from Friday to Sunday early evening. They sent an inept maintenance man who called another maintenance man and neither knew what they were doing. They said a heating company was coming and when my neighbor called to see when they were coming, they knew nothing about it so the sent someone immediately. Nobody did call them. Then my neighbor was scolded by management that she should never have called the heating company herself.They didnt want to pay double time. That happens too when the elevator doesnt work on a weekend. They have not done anything about batteries in smoke detectors, which are usually done 2x/year. Our filters havent been changed since January. My air conditioner was acting up & the maintenance man, who actually knew what he was doing, said my filter was totally dirty and that they should have been changed by now. I had to call the fire department when my carbon monoxide detector was going on & off because I couldnt get contact with the office. I could go on & on. But be warned, do not live here. You will regret it unless you dont care how you are treated.
