We have lived here just over two years now and have enjoyed our experience. In terms of safety, the worst thing that has ever happened in our two years here was some kids graffitied the wall in front of the dumpsters with a smiley face and baseball mitt. We have had a car parked outside in the lot with no issues. The landlord is friendly and has fixed everything we asked him to. You really don't find too many apartments for the price that have two bedrooms, a laundry room in each unit, a dishwasher, your own garage, a fireplace, plus two full bathrooms. They are not the most glamorous units around, but they have lots of storage and can be made cute. We only had one issue once with snow not being cleared out of the parking lot after a large storm, but they have since switched snow removal companies.
