I love this place! It is a community of people supporting each other. The trainers push you / each person at their own level. I am stronger than I have ever been!

Great gym. They have all the equipment you could think of and its high quality equipment. I do hope they add a traditional sauna the infrared just doesnt feel the same.

World class instructors, lots of fun. Highly recommend.
