Grace Under Fire Yoga

This was my 1st Yoga class ever, and I was very nervous walking in. The instructor Paula greeted me immediately. She was so encouraging, and helpful. She even explained a few things before the class started. I loved the class, and highly recommend this Yoga studio. I felt very welcomed, and I appreciate that.

Awful studio! Really awful owners that are rude. The was they teach their class is they yell out a pose so you better know them because they wont show you

The BEST yoga studio in the area. I've been going to this yoga studio since they opened their doors, now 5 years ago. The owners, Sandi and Lauren, helped me learn the basic poses of yoga and helped me grow and develop in my practice. I had never gone to yoga before and they cultivated a warm, encouraging and beautiful environment to learn and grow in. Whatever level yogi your are, brand new or experienced, you cannot go wrong with Grace Under Fire. They offer so many great class options to provide something for everyone. The biggest thing to know about this studio, though, is that they REALLY do care about the people that walk into their studio for class. Even if it is your first time, they welcome you with the biggest open arms and go out of their way to include you and give you a wonderful yoga experience. They cannot be beat.
