Appleton Fit Body has become part of my daily routine. It is great, I just show up and they have the workout all planned out and it is never the same. Always a new challenge and the coaches are just the best. It truly feels like a family. Since joining I can say I am in the best shape of my life and the workouts are for all ages and abilities. Give it a try. I know you won't be disappointed.

Sampled other boot camps, but this one stood out. The owner and operator are a couple that also coach many of the classes which results in a close attention to detail and a genuine homestead feel. A variety of 30 min exercise sessions are structured to work together for the week, but also work well as standalone. Classes are suitable and welcoming for different levels of ability and always include modifications for people at different stages of fitness and even those carrying injuries. Finally, the pricing was the best I found with no upsell or hidden fees. Definitely one of my better decisions to come here!
