Went in to use the notary service. With that said, the teller told me they would only be able to do limited signatures. When I asked what is that limit, he kept saying its at the discretion of the teller. He did tell me that about 4 is the limit. Then I asked if I went to another branch, would they only do 3 or maybe 5? He also then said the term limited and its all case by case. Never heard of such ambiguity. Time for me to change banks!

Was scheduled for an appointment online and when shown to teller she mentioned the application should no have allowed scheduling because the banker was on holiday. When asked for a resolution she refused to reschedule us with the banker whom was seemingly bored at his desk.

Called in advance and requested if the branch could wait for me one minute past closing. (since every other cheese branch I go to regularly does that without anyone asking) They said they would go ask their supervisor who is named David and let me know if I could come. After their confirmation that I could I kept driving an additional 10 to 15 minutes to then only be denied coming in because they mixed up another person with me. Even after they spoke with me and open the door back up they did not allow me to come in and do the transactions I needed to.. missed a later obligation I had to only not get done an important transaction. I was just surprised that they wouldnt honor their word When the only cost was a couple minutes of their time. Will go to a different branch in the future and know that they dont have my best interest in mind
