        It'd be nice if there was better directions I drove around. Couldn't find the bank had a drive over to Woodinville.. I don't know how I kept missing it but somehow I never found it.

        Did not have a good experience with this branch today. I was coordinating with Donald over the phone, which led to this appointment. The expectations were not clearly parsed, understood and communicated amongst Chase staff internally. This led to the waste of my time to the branch and had to come back without getting the work done. I will avoid this branch in future!

        I had a great experience dealing with this branch after multiple failed attempts at Totem Lake, Kirkland branch. Huge shout out to Donald Travis for going above and beyond to address my issue. Best example of Customer Delight! Super impressed!
