I walked in with the check from my grandmother's life insurance after she passed away, and they refused to open a bank account for me. They didn't know I had that much money on me. They turned me away, and told me no go open a bank count online, I was the only customer in the store at that time in there were 5 employees not doing anything. I had to contact head of chase bank management. The indian lady at the front hung the phone up on me being rude and stupid. I will be filing a lawsuit Because they discriminated against me. Hung up on me, and refused to let me open an account. The management of Chase bank wanted me to walk back in directly and open a bank account. I told them with such a bad experience. I will take my large inheritance elsewhere. Yal played with the wrong person, and fumbled the bag.
