I went to withdraw money, but they said they didn't have enough money so I had to file a waiver. Then I told them that I needed a personal loan because I couldn't withdraw money, and they also told me not to do a personal loan. So I asked them if I could do a loan to buy a car because I needed it urgently that day, they told me they don't do auto loans there and gave me a phone number for the auto loan department. When I called the phone number they gave me, it was the phone number of an insurance office for the elderly. It's ridiculous that I can't withdraw my money or use the services they offer. I think it's time to move to another bank.

Alex was amazing today! Greeted me as I stood in line. His window was closed, I think, but he called me over, waived, friendly and quickly got me in and out with transactions that I needed. Just may have found my branch of choice in area.
