        I'm really, really happy with my move-in experience. Li Li was super professional and kept me in the loop with all the updates. In the past 10 years, I've moved more than 5 times, and this was the best, most welcoming, and hassle-free move-in I've had. Even after I moved in, I needed some repairs, but I didn't know how to request them. Li Li helped me get those repairs quickly. I'm very grateful to Li Li and the management team. One update, my shoes were stolen, I thought some homeless might sneak in and steal shoes, but some thieves live here, who wants to steal your shoes, clothes from laundry which I found after installing a Camera, be careful. Management is doing great to address this issue. Otherwise this apartment has been great for three months.

        I used to live here, it was great until a lot of homelessness people start wondering around. Administration is not consistent on enforcing rules. The complex is good maintained in general.
