AMLI Spring District

Lived here for 2 years. The units are nice, the staff are incredible, and the package system is extremely efficient (best I have seen by far). Soundproofing is not good at all but that's just how it is these days. Also unfortunately some people who live here are irresponsible - pet owners stinking up the elevators and people leaving their trash in the hallways :( Rent goes up by *a lot* when your lease ends. Regardless 5/5 would live here again if I had unlimited money.

Someone (non resident) parked in my reserved spot. I feel unsafe in this apartment. No one can help me resolve this issue after the office hours. I called the towing company and they said they need management to authorize the towing. I called the maintenance team (same number as the one in Google map) and also no one can help with this. It never happened in my previous apartments. Very upset! Whats the point of extra price for resident reserve parking if some random person can park there anyway and not even a resident.

Just moved to the US from my home country and my stay here has been very secure and enjoyable. AMLI Spring District definitely has the most professional and attentive management I've seen so far in any apartment. The amenities are great and very well-maintained, and the units seem practically brand new. The proximity to downtown Bellevue is a huge plus.

Having lived here for over two years now, I would highly recommend AMLI Spring District. The building is great, lots of amenities like free coffee, fitness room, package room, underground parking, plenty of outdoor space whether that is in the courtyard, on the rooftop, or just outside around the block. The block is great to walk around in, more businesses are moving into the retail spots around, and the neighborhood has lots of events throughout the year, such as farmers markets, concerts, movie nights, and holiday events. My favorite part by far though about living here is the management staff. They are very active, responsive, and helpful. Very eager to have events and foster interaction within the community. Anytime I have an issue or even a random question, they are there to help. The maintenance staff is super responsive and regularly goes above and beyond. I enjoy living in AMLI Spring District and cant wait for the building and neighborhood to keep growing and for the light rail to finally be operational. Oh, and they have AC in the units.
