As a resident here for 1 year, sincerely recommend DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS APARTMENT! We have been charged $3000 as move-out fee for uncertain reason ( and some calculation error as well). We tried to connect with the specialist by email for plenty of times and never got any response. (Theres no phone number for communication even). If youve decided to move in this apartment, please prepare a lawyer with u lol. Still waiting for the response. Hope any staff can see my review.

Only been living here for less than 2 months and the water/ plumbing in our building has already broken 3 times. We never received any notification email ahead of time and even if we did, how are we supposed to be prepared for no water for 8 hours on a Saturday night? Besides the hot water, weve submitted countless maintenance requests on broken lights, broken faucet, falling blinds, shower head, etc. The leasing office is also not responsible for receiving packages. So we always found our packages unattended at the ground level next to the trash bin. Weve seen other packages left opened (possibly by package thief) by the gate as well. Very disappointed and Im already looking for a new place.

Nope, don't do it. Community manager has just sent in a message about shutting water in say building A - with a "water is available for an hour" - and the water's actually shut before the notice is even sent. Not quite sure if what they're doing is legal - all I can say is they're certainly getting away with it. No running water overnight apparently.
