The Ridge at Bellevue

I stopped in beginning of the year to tour the complex and the property was great and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly.

There is no way to give negitive reviews I think they dont deserve even that. The management is very rude and they dont respond properly. I called to the management they didnt even respond properly this is the one of the worst management service I have seen so far.

I have been living in this complex for 5 plus years and let me tell you it is the best complex ever, as far as prices location around everything I-90 is right there by factory to get to Seattle in less than 20 minutes 12 minutes downtown Bellevue.The previous managers were ok not that great I can relate to the comments but the new Team that they have right now is so good.They will help you as far as everything and anything as long as you are communicating with them.I had a bad car accident abroad and I got back I ve lost my job and was almost 3 months behind my rent this team helped me to even reach out organizations to help me pay off my ledger.They worked with me to not be evicted called and emailed me to make sure I had everything in order to be back on track.I really dont understand why or what the other people had to go through with old management but this new Team is very different and New manager with her team.They are efficient understanding and honestly I dont know how to tell them thank you this is why I am writing this long review to let them know how much I am thankful and appreciated their understanding,thank you to make this place a safe community safe environment to live and a safe home.
