Cedar Terrace Apartments

Do not rent here! They illegally kept my entire security deposit plus over 600 dollars for painting, cleaning, and for the carpet. They also continuously mixed up tenants... My roommate had to kick an abusive partner out and management kept sending her emails despite her being off the lease and us being in court for a restraining order. I missed several deadlines due to them contacting her instead of me, and I'm on the lease! We also had issues with a wasp infestation coming through the VENTS. The hot water failed when we moved in and the refrigerator failed a few months later. I've never dealt with as many maintenance requests in my life as I have in a year renting here.

Its already 1 week Im trying to reach them, because we are out of hot water. But anyway theyre just ignoring us, already 1 week but no respond.

I never write reviews but I want to add another "abysmal communication" to the list. The place itself is alright if you don't mind doing your laundry outside. I love all the trees and having a trail right behind the property is definitely a bonus but they are near impossible to contact. They don't have office hours, they won't pick up the phone, they won't return your calls or texts, they will ignore your emails. We almost had to pay an extra month of rent (at month by month rate) due to them actively ignoring us for A MONTH as we were trying our hardest to let them know we did not plan to renew our lease. If you choose to live here be prepared to miss out on future rentals because they refuse to make themselves available as a reference. Overall the property itself isn't bad but it's not worth the hassle or the price.

I live in this community and the maintenance team has been very helpful and responsive over the last few weeks . Especially David Jackson from the team has been on top of the requests and resolved them on time.
