The Madison Bellevue

Lived here for 2yrs. Cons: Pricey compared to the similar apartments in the area. No carport or reserved parking available. Pros: Well maintained. They clean outside and also the hallways once in a week. They didnt charge me more than Security deposit. I kept the unit clean though Good Security. Outsiders cannot enter the buildings as doors are locked Maintenance guys are responsive Groceries, restaurants, parks and public transport are just within a mile. Full of desis.. depends on the way you take it, either good or bad. I had to vacate because of rent spike.

Great Apartments, nice place to live. Located at just the perfect place, right across Crossroads and walking distance from almost everything, be it bus stops, without car you can survive for this place. Management team is very awesome people they will respond very quickly.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They use predatory and fraudulent practices for the move out processes. We moved out during covid so the office was not doing walk throughs with people at that time. We are always good with documenting things so we took a detailed video showing our apartment was pristine when we moved out. The video showed no trash, no stains, keys in an envelope ready to be turned into the office, etc... I even point out all the areas where we hung things on the wall. the video is very detailed. Two years after we move out, we receive a bill for just under $1k. The bill includes replacing carpet, an hour of trash removal, replacing keys, smoke odor( we don't even smoke), basically everything that they could come up with. I bet they do this expecting that after 2 years that ex-tenants wouldn't keep evidence to dispute their charges. Luckily I kept mine. I wish I could share the video on this review just to show how detailed it was and how perfect we left the apartment. Based off their report you'd think we squatted and trashed the place. I will be spending a few hours this weeks reporting them to the BBB and any other housing specific agency that I can that deals with matters like these.
