This is a cheating apartment, these leasing office ladies, named Annie Lin, Connie(In attached photo, the most mean cheater lady among them), these ladies are very low level cheating people with thick makeup everyday.They cheated me to sign the inspection form to promised everything is good in the apartment but there are 7 serious problems, there is no hot water provided in the shower room, I lived in 3 nights from Jan 14-16 with cold water shower and diagnosed Arthritis. I argued with them but they don't even admit the problems, they keep cheating and fooling people. They sent me Debt collection notice on October 5 (It's already passed 6 months and they thought I deleted all my evidences) to say I owned them $5700 rental fees. I will fight with them to the end, because for such cheating and bad person, no matter how much I sacrifice I will definitely fight them back!
( I will list all appliances/equipment with problemsas a summary below:
1. The floor near the door is not flat with ahump, it might generate from water from outside accumulated through the door for longperiods of time.
2. The floor board near the door is broken, againitmight generate from water from outside accumulated through the door for longperiods of time.
3. Thedoor has a problem on opening/closing, it is stuck in the half when open/close,againitmight generate from 1, and 2, which mightgenerate from water from outside accumulated through the door for longperiods of time.
4. The Shower head in the bathroom is seriously broken, thewater does not come from the shower head at all, instead the water comes from thefaucet only.
5.The water system in the shower room was broken, there is only cold water coming from the above/bottom faucet instead of hot/warm water from the shower head.
6. The hangers on two sides of walls in the bathroom are broken.
7. The ceiling light base in the kitchen is broken.
Besides, I will also list some proof thatthis apartment is not a goodliving place forsome group of people:
1. The airhumidity in the whole apartment is too high to badly affect the health of people withArthritis or Knee pain. (My dad and I told Annie that we can't live in a very moist/humid/wetapartment when we toured.)
2. Thesound insulation of this apartment is very bad, that noise from people walking on the floor upstairs can be clearly heard in the night time, which will badly affect the health of people with light sleep.)

They do not guarantee you a parking spot with your apartment. If the lot is full because people who don't live here are parked here, you are out of luck. Either park a far distance off from your apartment, or you just can't park. And all of this just so they can try and make you rent a numbered parking spot with a over hang which cost you monthly on top of your already too high cost for rent. But if you try to rent a parking spot there is a very, very long waiting list. So all and all, you are just SOL. They have your money already and don't care.

We really appreciate and recommend working with the management team of this complex, Colleen, Annie, Mia and Janeth were really helpful in our moving process, we also appreciate the help of Martin and Ricardo from Maintenance making sure that our apartment was in good conditions for us at the time of our move in.

Constant crime. Just had a shooting that our complex sends us 0 information on. 2 instances where swat was called and flash bangs were going off. Had to evacuate our apartment both times. When I asked where I should go during that time they had no solutions. Consistently raise rent without any improvements to living standards. Also the lighting situation for some reason is awful. In both bedrooms there is no flush mount lights or any installed lighting. You need to have multiple lamps to be able to see anything at night. Maintenance no longer replaces lightbulbs and they have expensive replacement bulbs that are a pain to put in. Reconsider if you are choosing to live here. Also the roads do not get plowed enough in winter and cars stack up making it near impossible to leave
