We had an appointment to see the apartments, they confirm via mail and they never answered our calls to let them know we were on our way and when we arrive no one was in the office to open us the door we keep trying to call but we got tired and went to another apartments (park 88) with a better attention .

I lived at Borgata for 18 months and really enjoyed it! The location right next to Downtown Bellevue and the park is awesome and the building is tucked away from major roads so it's nice and quiet. I loved being so close to Old Bellevue, Bellevue Square, and Lincoln square as well as having easy access to I-90, I-405, and SR-520 via car. The apartments themselves feel modern, elegant, and spacious and have a ton of extra storage space in closets which most apartments often don't. The lack of a 5th star is just due to some poor management of the building which I'm sure can be improved. In the 18 months I was there we had 5 different property managers and while some like Taylor and Hairam were absolutely phenomenal and quick to address things, others were hardly in the office during business hours and really difficult to get a hold of which was a bit frustrating. Residents would really benefit from the front office being staffed by 2 people at a time instead of just 1. Additionally, maintenance requests sometimes took a while to be tended to and I was rarely notified ahead of time when exactly they would be coming to my unit which caused some inconveniences when working from home and being in meetings all day. With that being said I would definitely recommend Borgata for anyone looking for apartments in Downtown Bellevue, especially near the park! Great building with great apartments in a great area. The drawbacks I had were purely administrative and as I said above can easily be improved.

TL;DR very negative experience here, would not recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Bellevue. Your money and time is better spent elsewhere. To start with, the apartment that I rented on the second floor was advertised with a good view and the pictures showed a place that seemingly received plenty of natural light. Once I actually moved in, I discovered that in actuality my windows both faced towards the concrete wall of the garage of the adjacent apartment, and this same building blocked out any and all direct sunlight. THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS DO NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT THEIR APARTMENTS. This location right next to the back alleyway and garages also ensured that I was woken up every other weekday at around 5-6 AM in the morning by garbage collectors who made no effort to muffle the sounds of the dumpsters crashing against their trucks as they did their job. (Despite this regular occurrence, the garbage room was also somehow poorly maintained and frankly repulsive.) I moved into Bellevue believing that it would be a relatively quiet location, but this inconvenience ensured that I was always poorly rested. As other reviewers have said, there's seems to be someone new in the leasing office every month, and whoever's newest always seems to have no idea what their predecessor was up to or what they had left unfinished. Communicating with them felt like pulling teeth. They consistently charged me twice for insurance and did not attempt to figure out why it was automatically charging me twice every month - every time I brought it up, the charge would be reversed for that month only, only to be charged twice again by the next. Even with all of these complaints, given the lack of amenities (no lobby unless you count the two chairs in front of the main entrance, no rooftop, no gym, etc.) other comparable apartments in the area offer much more for the same price, if not cheaper. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM BORGATA BELLEVUE unless you value your money, time, and sanity.

Please! Whatever you do DO NOT LIVE HERE! These people are scammers. We lived in this apartment for 6 months and left it in absolutely perfect condition. They never send us an itemized letterbwith security deposit deductions within 21 days of Washington State Law, and instead after months of reaching out finally sent us one with bogus charges, no evidence of damage, and instead of returning our security deposit said we owed them over $1000 dollars. We now have to bring them to court. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Aside from that, the property has 0 amenities, the parking garage was constantly broken so there were multiple times we were unable to leave to get to work, l NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE DURING HOURS, and we were constantly getting random inccorect charges we had to anazlye our rent statements every month. Save yourself the pain and live somewhere else in Bellevue- anywhere else.
