Ashton Bellevue

Lived here for 1.5 years. Carolyn and Bronson are incredible members of the staff. They were extremely professional and friendly our entire stay. The staff is what really makes the experience in Seattle area apartments and Ashton has some good members

I am leaving this review after receiving exceptional customer service by Michael, one of the on-site managers. When I came to tour the Ashton, his professionalism, patience, and kindness was exemplary. While Ashton did not have a current available apartment that was the right fit for me, I wanted to leave this review based on my wonderful experience. Customer service, like what Michael provided, is so rare these days, and needs to be celebrated.

Excellent place to stay right in the heart of Downtown Bellevue at close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping malls, offices, multiplexes, parks.Very well connected via public transport.

Their application filing process is effectively a scam Beware of their application deposit! It's a cheap tactic to force you into signing their lease, if you don't accept the lease's terms or for any reason you decide not to sign the lease, they will deduct your application deposit of $400 in full in the name of "liquidated damages" (lol). They even change the payments you have to make AFTER you pay the application deposit - my security deposit was upped from like $125 to $3000 :) how cheap is that?
