Recently Maintaince requests started taking lot of time for getting completed. We raised multiple issues and they are pending from > 1 month. Leasing office doesnt seems to be bother about it even after reaching out to them multiple times. Apart from that location and amenities wise its great society

Update to my previous post: I must say that Vue 22 has been continually improving in their maintenance service. They send confirmation emails acknowledging the requests and complete the request within a day or two. The management staff are a great bunch of people and are always willing to help whenever I visit the leasing office. This is our second year at Vue 22 and I am hoping we can make it three or more! Chris Evans March 13, 2023 Put in two requests for maintenance and still haven't gotten a call about it, although I did get confirmation about receiving the request. UPDATE: Like many of us, Vue22 was having an off day. The maintenance team has been very responsive with the last couple of requests I've put in. I can't say enough about the management staff - I have found them to be very helpful in handling my inquiries. It gets very busy in the leasing office at times, but they always try to keep a positive, helpful attitude.

Horrible experience, will never recommend. The apartments itself are good and the location is excellent. However, dealing with the leasing office is a nightmare. If you never need to deal with the leasing office (which is highly unlikely) then you may love the apartments. First of all, our maintenance requests never got resolved! The dishwasher had brown water that came out of it and the wash machine had a lot of mold. Even though we had put in many requests, some of them got autoresolved. Btw the maintenance guy was super nice though, they were just understaffed. Secondly, leasing office will NEVER pick up your calls or reply to your emails. If you need to contact them, then good luck with that. They also gave me incorrect information twice. They told me that my apartment had a patio but then when I actually got the apartment it did not have it. Also, they gave me wrong information on my move out date. On top of that, they dont take accountability of their mistakes and tried to charge me of the extra dates. The manager, Jamie is super rude. You would specifically will not want to deal with her. Apart from that, the pros are the location, newly built apartments, package locker rooms
