    It's terribly hard to get in touch with the leasing office directly. In spite of reaching them and requesting them for videos a few times, they have not followed up over email or phone calls. After consistently trying for one full month, I still haven't received any photos or videos of the apartment. It feels like they don't care about finding tenants.

    Does this apartment company not want anyone to live here or something? Ive set up a tour and actually went inside the building, sat outside the office with me calling into the office with no one there. Waste of my time. I keep getting stupid emails about availability and have talked to only 1 person throughout the month of apartment search in Bellevue, yet no ones reached out to me or talked to me physically about leasing options. This place is a joke. And I havent even lived here.

    AGAIN ELEVATOR OUTAGE - Been almost 2 weeks since the elevator is NOT WORKING AGAIN! Dates - 03/09/2024 - 03/21/2024. Only 1 elevator in the building and its not fixed in 2 weeks. Horrible! Update - It took around 46 days for the elevator to be working again!!! And it stops working almost once in 15 days. Elevator outage last more than 10 days; forcing residents to climb staircase right till floor 6. Not sure what's going on and how this is being treated but I have never seen an elevator outage that lasts so long. Because of the outage, the valet trash service was affected and the corridors are filled with garbage bags that are more than likely to cause diseases/illness. How can there be no traction for 10 days to fix an elevator when there is ONLY 1 elevator in the building. Update - Its been 38 days since the elevator is NOT working! Simply outrageous.

Hi Ronak, Thank you for your updated review. To summarize our email communications, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this outage has caused. We understand that the elevator outage is troublesome for our residents and it is important to note that the elevator is kept in compliance year-round. Repairs and replacements are not always preventable. We have taken all steps to ensure preventative maintenance is completed year-round. This outage is due to a severe weather issue that affected several buildings in the Bellevue area, according to our elevator company. When these unfortunate situations arise, we do not have control over the necessary processes. Repairs and replacements take time to complete, but they are done to keep the elevator compliant and safe for all residents and guests.We understand the inconvenience this may cause for everyone in the building, and we are actively exploring all available avenues to expedite this process. We have urged the elevator company to prioritize our repairs and explore any means possible to shorten the downtime beyond the initial estimate. We are committed to ensuring that the elevator is back up and running as soon as possible for the convenience and comfort of all residents.In response to these concerns, we have upgraded the frequency of our maintenance on the elevator and your older review updates mention the trash buildup that occurred last year, because of this, we opted out of our valet trash service contract. In addition, we have contracted people in the coming weeks to begin on painting all common areas, including but not limited to the lobby, hallways, and fitness center to make the community look and smell nice again! We are replacing the carpets in the hallways as well. Before Summer's end, we predict this project will be completed.
