        I normally don't have the time to write a review. But Olivia offers such exceptional customer service that I felt the need to recognize her as the leasing manager for Blu. Olivia has without a doubt gone above and beyond helping our clients with their leasing and move in process with grace and charm. I can't say enough good things about Olivia. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a greatly managed apartment complex in Bellevue to consider Blu Bellevue as your new home. Thank you again to Olivia for all her help, hard work and support throughout a challenging process during the month of August. Well done! We couldn't have done it without you.

        We absolutely loved living at Blu and miss it! The location and neigborhood are fun and of course everything is in walking distance. Olivia, the manager, is very attentive, responsive, organized and so easy to work with. The Blu building and apartments are well maintained and cared for by staff. Best apartment living!
