Ellington at Bellevue Apartments

Worst apartment ever! There are so many reviews about packages getting stolen/lost. We made a mistake by ignoring these reviews. Me and my roommate have lost 6 packages so far in last 10 months. The management does not take any responsibility for the lost packages. We have also filed police reports, asked to have CCTV cameras in the mail room but no action has been taken from the management at all. I have lost thousands of dollars in my packages and also lost so many valuable things that I cant replace.

Many thanks to Pete and Dustin and everyone at Essex Ellington for all they have done to make us feel welcomed, This shows how Essex has successfully picked their team to spell out customer service in dealing with difficulties .you guys turned disappointment into a memorable day for me and my family with best regards Fariborz Rashdi

Charged me for a parking spot I didn't ask for. Ignored my emails questioning this charge on move out. Don't recommend

For an entire week their Trash did not work. The smell is in my entire apartment even though they claim they cleaned. Every now and then they have their fire alarm ring up causing everyone to get out of the building. Cant wait for my lease to end.
