    Everyone is fantastic! I love Jojo, Guistin, Zachary and Denise the maintenance guy! He helped me with my furniture!! I love talking with the team downstairs when I walk by. I feel like I am apart of a community. I will be attending more events and will plan some too!!! I am so happy here. Everything is perfect

    If your dog barks when strangers approach your room and leave something in the door crack, the apartment manager will have you remove the dog immediately in two days. So called Pet-Friendly, based on their sole discretion. Enclosed the Paragraph 14 of the Animal Addendum of the Apartment Lease Contract: You must immediately and permanently remove the animal from the premises if we receive a reasonable complaint from a neighbor or other resident or if we, in our sole discretion, determine that the animal has disturbed neighbors or other residents.

    We won the trial but unfortunately we didn't get our money back, only part of security deposit. Scheduling the trial took 1.5 years. During that time the charge was sent to the collection agency and they started spoiling our credit score. We decided to pay it off to save the credit rating. Judge said that you couldn't return your money back from the collection agency in this case. If you don't need these kinds of problems do not move in to this place.

    Think carefully before you move in to this place, as your move-out inspection charges can give you a big surprise after you move out. You should consider it as a big risk and include it as part of your effective monthly rent. I've lived in the unit for about 6.5 years without any major repair or maintenance, and the move-out inspection repair cost came out to be over $8,000, charging everything from carpet, full paint, window blinds, entire countertop replacement (for water stains and chips), etc. Once you move out, they don't respond and most likely will just send the charges for collection. Again, after 6.5 years of living in the same unit without any major repairs and maintenance and many of them that would be considered normal wear-and-tear in other property managements. They even charged for water damage in the cabinets, which was due to a pipe leakage that the maintenance personnel came to fix but didn't fully address except for the leaking issue. I am currently working with a lawyer to file a claim, which is my very first time after renting apartment in the last 20 years.

    This apartment complex partners with a parking management company that tries to scam people and puts out false violations. The complex could choose to work with a more respectable parking company but they dont - think about how you as a resident will be impacted, both in parking as well as living. Edit: The apartment's reply only demonstrates how knowledgeable they are on this matter, and how frequently this may happen.

Peter,Thank you for your review.It is never the intention to issue violations to visitors who may have parked in a space that is reserved for monthly parkers, or someone who had gone over the Free 3-HR Parking, etc. by "scamming". It is our intention to monitor, regulate, and issue violations to parkers who fail to adhere to the rules and parking agreements they agree with when they enter the parking lot and park.If and when a person receives a violation, they are able to write IPM, the garage management company, and petition their position as to why the violation may not be valid.
