I started living here in this community 5 days before, and one thing I am impressed with is attitude of #Stephen, he is a guy in maintenance team here, and he is very helpful and nice and very kind, quickly resolves the issues, and my 5 star goes to #Stephen. Your are rock star #Stephen.
After 2 Months:
Some small issues that I found is, some request takes longer to close and sometimes even they are closed without resolving.

AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX, VERY FRUDULENT. TOOK THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS FROM THE KING Co Covid apartment fund for me and roommates and cowardly send us to collections over 2 yrs after move out with bogus move out charges after they were more than paid back by the KC for the POS dump that this apartment is they charge over 2300 a month for. Downright criminal. Much nicer places in Bellevue for the same amount of money. They won't deal with you even if your frustrated saying they won't deal with me other than email. MGMT is switched out like every 2 months AVOID AVOID you'll be glad you did

Absolutely horrible apartments and people. They cheated us of 300$.
In dec 2023 we finalized an apartment and just before 3 days of our moving in they say that the apartment is unavailable.
The associates are the most unprofessional people you can get. They never picked up our calls and just texted days later. Extremely frustrating experience!
After all this fiasco, they promised us our money back which we paid as application fee but till now I haven't received a single penny.
They do not reply to calls or texts at all.
NEVER EVER TRY TO STAY IN THIS APARTMENTS!

Stephen is a very good and gets things done we had a bath tub problem and he fixed it it was hard want to give him 5 stars for his work he has done in the past and today
