The community is not only remarkably quiet, providing a tranquil environment, but it's also incredibly pet-friendly, welcoming our furry friends with open arms. The staff's helpfulness and efficiency, especially Marzena's, stand out, ensuring the property is well-maintained and residents' needs are promptly met.This place combines the comfort of modern living with the warmth of a community and professional management, making it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a serene, comfortable, and supportive home for themselves and their pets.

Since we moved in, its been nothing but a pleasant experience from touring the place to signing the lease! I like that its a quiet area but still close and within walking distance to downtown Bellevue. The apartments are spacious and everyone is super friendly here. Maintenance is quick to respond and Marzena is so sweet!

This place would be great for family who looking for a quiet, safe and kid-friendly environment next to Bellevue downtown. The unit was incredibly spacious that I could not fill out with the furniture: a good problem to have. The staff here are friendly and professional. They held the highest standard on the customer service and respond to our need in speedy manner. The maintenance staff will respond to the request within 24 hours. Overall, the experience was wonderful ! I would highly recommend people to check out this place.

Living in Park in Bellevue is living in a resort in the downtown! Great place, lush green trees, ample amount of shaded parking, newly renovated houses, peaceful vibes, nice people living here. I would like mention the leasing agent Rose who provided an insightful tour, highlighting the community's best features and efficiently managing the leasing process. Marzena stands out for her accessibility, promptly addressing questions and service requests, and offering clear explanations regarding billing matters. Jenay, the dedicated property manager, is committed to ensuring that Park in Bellevue remains a premier living destination. Additionally, these three women organize community events, complete with delightful cuisine. Leo, the on-site technician, is recognized for his diligence and swift resolution of service issues. Collectively, the team at Park in Bellevue offers an exceptional living experience, making it a remarkable place to reside.
