I literally cannot wait to leave the place. If you enjoy your Tuesdays and Wednesdays do not live here. You will hear multiple leaf blowers for 8 hours minimum each of those days. Even in the dead of Winter. If you work from home do not live here youll go nuts from the noise. Water pressure sucks too. Only redeemable thing is that the maintenance crew are nice and work quickly.

Edit 11/21/2022: I've had another package theft from the very insecure package room. Over a hundred dollars lost again... Incompetent management threatened to evict us if we didn't throw out our tomato plants last summer. Potted plants were also forbidden. Very strange... Then, they switched to a new payment portal which didn't process my scheduled payment, even though I had set it up. Of course the incompetent management charged ME a $75 late fee for THEIR mistake. And, another eviction threat. There are frequent thefts from the package room, which basically anyone can enter. Management has not installed a locker system or done anything to address the issue. Stay away. My apartment in college was better and 1/8th the cost.

I lived here for 5 years and just moved out, so here's a list of pros and cons. Management has changed many times while I've been here so I'm only reviewing the current management (Gloria). I have some frustrations but in general this was a great place to live for me. Pros: + Close to the freeway and a QFC you can walk to, not far from downtown + Gorgeous trees and nature in the back of the complex (and you can hear the owls at night) + Good use of square footage, and fairly modern + Good sound dampening, can't hear neighbors unless very loud + Maintenance is prompt and understanding + Compost service available + Rent didn't increase too much compared to the area IMO ($1550/month in 2017 for 880 sqft, $1750 in 2021) Cons: - In 2018-2019 the complex had a bad stink bug problem. Like, dozens of them in my apt over the fall season. I only see a couple per year inside now, but I can never have the fireplace going (they're attracted to heat) - Between a "routine carpet cleaning" fee and final utilities, you probably won't see your security deposit. Planning my move out with Gloria was a bit like pulling teeth. - Spotty availability of office staff (even pre-pandemic) - Automated, shared package room often glitches out or doesn't report deliveries, plus a recent sting of package thefts - Dealt with 5 weeks of painfully loud early morning construction when they replaced my porch
