        Talking specifically about the maintenance team, they do a great job! Any problem I report they are here promptly working on it and getting it fixed. If it's complicated and takes a while, they will follow up regularly and genuinely seem to care that my problem gets resolved. I really don't want to move into a house because I know the maintenance experience will be so much worse. Kudos to Junior and his team!

        Loved our time here and maintenance is always prompt and does a good job. Location is a double edged sword - Unbeatable walkability to nearby parks and restaurants (and literally above a Safeway), but downside is proximity to loud cars and some yelling pedestrians. Still would recommend. Highly recommend portable air conditioner for the few hot summer months.
