Very nice employee, but the deposit fees are just too much. $500 deposit if you use a debit card. The deposit is a bit lower with a credit card but still too high. We were in the middle of an emergency. A friend broke down while in town for work and my car is not in good shape so I was not able to drive him home to Virginia Beach. My friend ended up having to call his son to come from Richmond, get him and take him home to Virginia Beach. What a mess. We appreciate kindness but he was unable to rent a vehicle due to the outrageous deposit costs.

I have used rental car companies across the globe but this company goes above and beyond for their clients. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received! Even when they were closed the boss, John, came out to look after us. If you live in South Boston VA there is no better!
