Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The review below was from couple a years ago as for now 2024 lowered my stars. I needed to rent a vehicle for couple days notice they had several vehicles on the lot figured it would be easy process like in the pass the gentleman tells me sorry nothing available tells me to check back next day he might have something to come in can't guarantee it, but there's several vehicles on the lot front and side that was first flag next Red flag was why the office so dark as large as that building is only one center light was working felt uncomfortable I left made other arrangements. Talking with other people they have had similar experiences. 2018 Whenever renting a vehicle from South Boston Enterprise it's always smooth they are very pleasant and friendly vehicals are always clean good customer service. The office along with outside grounds always clean and looking good. Keep up good work South Boston.

Company unsure if a rental is available when you need to get a car while yours in supposed to go to body shop. They have known since Januaryb2024 I was going to need one on February 19,2024

You make a reservation on a Friday eve to pick up a rental for a Monday business trip then get a text a 1-2 hour before they open they have no rentals. A piss poor place of business
