I would advise not to bank at this location or any other. Atlantic Union does not have your best interest at heart. Recently my account was hit with fraudulent activity. Atlantic Union contacted me and stated that the account had been closed and to come into the branch to create a new one (which was a lie). Infact my account was kept open and instead of rejecting my next direct deposit check from my job, Atlantic Union decided to use that check without my knowledge in an attempt to clear the insufficient funds caused by the fraudulent activity on my account THUS leaving me with no money. They didnt attempt to meet me half way what so ever, instead it was a shrug and theres nothing we can do. Do not, and I repeat do not bank with this institution. All Atlantic union cares about is Atlantic union. If I could leave zero stars I would.
