Very bad experience in how they handle the lines. For whatever reason, people insist on being in that first lane and will block you from getting into the second open lane because of the stupid cones they have set up and it makes the wait even longer. 30 minutes in line every time I go there.

Incompetent and slow. Go somewhere else unless you like abuse and neglect.

Customers refusing to go into the second lane in the drive-thru because they wanted to be in the main window lane, so the customer in front of me waved me around him because the 2nd lane was empty. After waiting in this line for 30 minutes, the security guard came out and said they would not serve me at the window unless I started again at the back of the line because I jumped line. I explained what happened and they insisted that I had to wait another 30 minutes to be waited on by going to the back of the line. I said 'Hell No' and left to a bank that wasn't so incompetent, disrespectful and irrational.
