Bad customer service,refuse my transaction,iam a customer there 3-5 years,may have to open an account in Wells fargo.Looks like new personel,too curious many questions that they dont need,never being treated so bad.Dont deserved one star.Fells descriminated iam a US citizen.(question mi like are you planning to come here again)(we can't do a transaction you have to make an apointment)(maybe we can next week or in two weeks)(dont know).😡

Each branch I have dealt with and the corporate office the staff been phenomenal! Courteous , knowledgeable and patient. Twice in less than 12 months some characters from other States have tampered/attempted to tamper with my bank card. Both times I was notified by Atlantic Union staff and the results were in my favor. I am so grateful for the staff and their eagle eye intervention. I am truly a very satisfied customer and want others to know there is a reliable and efficient customer friendly bank in Virginia-Atlantic Union!

How do we contact the board of directors? Seriously need new management. Suddenly post as sheet of paper on the door only - can only bank with an appointment - but *cannot CALL* to get an appointment? ONLY online appointments - AND NONE TILL WEDNESDAY - w 3 tellers and zero customers? Says cannot just make an appointment then with me on the phone "because someone might follow you in". I said, "so you're saying you got robbed?" Which she denied. Oh, and they wouldn't "follow me in" if i had made an internet appointment? Because they still have to let me in the door! Oh, and they STILL have not fixed the online banking so i can deposit a check electrically. I really wonder if they even want to be in business bc the downtown branch is down to 9am to 1pm. By the way, the downtown branch didn't say anything about needing an appointment.

This is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a financial institution.First off when your payroll deposits it's not available for an entire day 🙄but the more pressing matter: I deposited a check for $1000 and they locked my entire account for suspicion of fraudulent deposit, WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME, so i was without access to my money for 3 days, not even my money aside from the deposit, because their branches are closed on the weekend and the customer service online is no help at all. On monday i went into the branch to assist with unlocking my account, they told me my account would be on hold for a few more hours due to the check and i couldnt even access my money separate from the deposited amount until they took a further look 😳 Really?! So i deposited the check on July 29th, my rent check debited my account on August 3rd, how about they charged me an overdraft fee because it was short while they had my $1000 check on hold for 7 days !! They refused to reverse it- im done!!
