        Never have I experienced such terrible customer service and such incompetence by a staff at a place of business before. Im not only submitting a review based on several experiences Ive had, but based on countless observations on the way they treat most people who enter their bank. Ive had it and Im taking my business elsewhere.

        This branch should be open by now. They cannot even have simple office hours posted correctly on line or on their branch voicemail. They say the lobby is open but it's still closed! Then when you tell them the hours say they are supposed to be open, you are greeted with "well we will let our manager know"!
