        Spent hours reaching out to Verizon Support, made phone calls to local staff. Brought in my WiFi equipment for return and was rejected. Please communicate with your team better about what they can and cant do. Billion dollar company never knows whats going on.

        Pathetic customer service. Staff member and Manager were unwilling to help and told us to just call customer support. After 45 minutes he told us the store was closed now and asked us to leave. Why even have a store? This isnt the way you treat customers. Weve been with Verizon for 22 years. We will be switching carriers.
