      • My family lived in Waverly Village, it's a wonderful place. It's always clean, quiet, there's a place to hang out with the kids, and there's a wonderful school nearby. I highly recommend this place. And I also want to say a special thank you to Lissette Castellon and the management of the apartments, that they are always helpful and helpful.

        Absolutely Disgusting! This apartment are Filthy! They are infested with Rats, Mise and Bugs throughout. And the Landlord does ZERO Help! So Disgusting

        Very nice and welcoming management. Waverly Village is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. This is my first experience rent the apartment but Absolutely love the location . The Manger Lissette ! is a very kind and helpful, Great personality, she advising me like a family & cares me and my family a lot .
