        When you leave they try to charge you for damages you didnt do.

        My mother had a stroke in her apartment and cannot live there anymore. They still want us to give 60 days' notice (pay rent for those two months) AND pay one month's rent to break her lease. The woman is incapacitated and can't live alone. I guess tenant health and welfare don't matter as long as they get their money. Would give even less stars if I could.

        Moved here years ago when they had 24 customer service at the front desk. We are now left with no security and the same high rent. What a joke. Don't move here, and be fooled by invisible management. The deteriorating management of 2200 is only a preview to its downfall. Be sure to get cameras for your apartment, as we are certain that staff enters our unit when we aren't home.

        The maintenance staff and the admin staff are so friendly and helpful, but the management is very poor and lack of leadership. The new Manager at 2200 is awful and lack of tact and leadership. The reason so many tenants are leaving is because of the poor management.
