Virginia Square Towers

The management of this place makes it a 1/5 place to live. They will not respond for days for an urgent issue but call you every morning at 7 am if you need to pick up a package. On top of that, Lorna was extremely rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend this building to anyone.

I rating this complex a 1 star as of today as of recently I heard that they let one of their best employees go, Mustapha. This guy would make me feel like this was my home. He would always make me feel incredible when I walked in the door and was there to talk to me about whatever was going on and I think that speaks on its own. I miss walking into the building and seeing him and him asking me how are you doing and just being the most friendly person. That I think is what makes a community. I hope management realizes what an asset he is and brings him back. He is what made the community it is today.

My boyfriend lives in this building. Perks are that they have a really nice gym. The pool gets a window of sunlight since its on the ground level. However, we are deeply questioning their choice of staff. Since I am not a resident of the building I need to be let in every time I enter the building although I purchased a key, so Ive had to deal with the receptionists. Some of them are not friendly and some were great. I overheard the other day that one of the friendly and best workers, Mustapha, we liked was let go, but one of the miserable and unpleasant receptionist is still working here. My boyfriend and I were considering living in his building after our leases are up but now Im questioning our decision since they let go our favorite/ most pleasant worker but have also kept our least favorite worker.

Ive been a resident at Virginia Square Towers for about a year and a half, and even though Ive thoroughly enjoyed living here, Ive noticed that the quality of service in this building has changed. For example, I havent been getting emails when packages arrive, notices for severe weather events have been sent out late and theres been a change in staff and management lately, but the new staff and new management hasnt been as friendly and as attentive as the old staff and old management. Also, I came back from vacation recently only to find out that one of their best employees, Mustafa, was let go, which is a shame because he was always attentive to all my requests, and he seemed to get along with many of the residents. VST is a beautiful complex with amazing facilities, but it seems like the new staff and new management is making this an undesirable place to live.
