Dana in the management office is so friendly!! I can not express this enough she walked me through all the questions I had and was so attentive throughout the entire time. Cant thank Dana enough!

Siena Park is a really nice complex with serious management issues. The maintenance team is amazing and the apartments are nice. I had noise issues throughout my time there management refused to address. I was able to manage those issues however when I went to renew my lease they offered a rate 30% above my base rent. It was a nice place, but watch the nasty increase. Lastly, I cleaned my apartment thoroughly but was still charged $200 for cleaning. Be sure to pay for the expedited cleaning because youll get charged either way. Ive tried contacting the office 3 times via website and email and no response. EDIT: Siena Park reached out and removed the charge for the cleaning fee. I still think the price raise was frustrating, but a good place to live (with good neighbors).

I recently had the pleasure of residing in an apartment community nestled along Columbia Pike, and I must say, its location is incredibly convenient. Situated just a stone's throw away from Interstate 395, commuting to and from work was a breeze. Additionally, having a shopping center nearby was incredibly convenient for everyday needs. However, there were some issues that needed improvement. The south side of the building experienced a loud noise whenever a car went into the garage, running over a big grating platform. Additionally, there was a noticeable trash smell in that area. Furthermore, the constant fire alarm noise was a recurring issue that affected the overall living experience. Despite these challenges, I want to commend Eddie, the maintenance engineer, for his dedication to keeping everything in top shape. Whenever there was an issue, Eddie was quick to respond and resolve it efficiently. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful demeanor of Dana from the front desk. She always greeted residents with a smile and was ready to assist with any inquiries. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, I still recommend this community for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience."
