        Wonderful place to live! Staff are kind and helpful, and are always doing little things to make everyone feel welcome and at home. Very thoughtful for management to provide eclipse glasses to residents for the solar eclipse in April 2024--I couldn't find them anywhere and it was such a nice gesture!

        A few days ago, my wife and I learned how extremely helpful the staff at Avalon Clarendon are. Our daughter lives in a condo across the street from Avalon Clarendon. We recently sent two packages to her (by UPS), but made a mistake in the street address, and the packages actually went to Avalon Clarendon instead. When we visited the complex, Sandy from the main office could not have been nicer or more efficient, even though we are not residents. She quickly determined that the packages had arrived at Avalon and were scheduled to be returned to UPS. She took us to the package area, found the missing boxes, checked our ID, and gave them to us. By coincidence, we plan to look at apartments in that area next fall. We will definitely include Avalon Clarendon on our very short list, in part because of the five star service we have already received.
