The Beacon Clarendon

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. The 24 hr concierge is very convenient and they are always professional and kind. The leasing staff is also great and provide excellent customer service.

Im a former resident of the Beacon and their staff has always been top tier. Since Ive left I spend a lot of time at the reception desk while visiting my old friends that still reside there. Rahel has been beyond accommodating for my almost daily visits. Always smiling (even when I can tell shes busy). Shes the Michael Jordan of concierges and Im pretty sure she will be running the company soon.

Beacon Clarendon is an impressive property with an impressive team! After having moved my children in and out of various types of college housing, I anticipated the same activities when moving into The Beacon Clarendon. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the unit upon move in. It was super clean! When we noted a few items on the move in punch list, they were taken care of within 48 hours. In addition, the team members have been friendly and helpful. From Nia in the leasing office welcoming us to the property to Anthony and Reggie assisting with our move in needs (freight elevator access, access to the loading dock and recycling area) and Maureen touching base with us to make sure all was well with the unit. What a team! Our experience has been so positive, I would not hesitate to look at another Bozzuto property. Such customer service and attention to detail, all with a pleasant demeanor. Truly impressive.
