VPoint Apartments

The management is attentive to my needs and always responds to me when contacted. The people who live in the community are very kind and respectful. We seem to help each other when necessary. The community is very clean and quiet as well. I love how we are right in the heart of Clarendon, less than a block away from the metro.

Don't bother with this place. They don't return emails or calls. So I visited and was abruptly told by Some Guy that no, there were no apartments; no, there wasn't a chance of an eventual vacancy; no, there wasn't a waiting list and no, he wouldn't give me a tour of anything. Usually this level of service requires decades of government implacability in the nether regions of GS 4. Not certain what the REIT/ management company is hoping to accomplish with this individual at the helm. Perhaps a well earned docket number in Bankruptcy Court.

Thick cement floors and great management make this a good place to live because the manager takes care of issues like sound disturbance etc. Nice views on each side of the apartment too. I was miserable at 2 other apartments but because the manager here does her job great I am okay now.

As I prepare for my move into vPoint my excitement is largely fueled by the exceptional service I've received, notably from staff members Kelvin and Stephany. (Victory Point for the staff) Kelvin's insightful responses and proactive assistance, combined with Stephany's professionalism and warmth, have made the pre-move process incredibly smooth and reassuring. Their collaborative efforts exemplify the high standard of resident care that vPoint is committed to. The apartment's promising amenities and comfortable living environment are attractive, but it's the quality of service and the welcoming community atmosphere cultivated by the staff that truly sets this place apart. I am eagerly looking forward to beginning my stay, confident in the knowledge that I'll be well supported in my new home.

They come in your apartment without permission and let other people in that are not on your lease! Be careful!. Update: that is a lie, I have my phone records, not one time did the office called.
