If you are thinking about moving to this apartment complex, that'll be the biggest mistake in your entire life, unless you are a big fan of bedbugs, mice or even rats. I lived here for more than 8 years and here I'm gonna tell you why you should avoid this place. 1. You'll have to share your apartment with roaches, bed-bugs and mice. Not only that, they will blame YOU for bringing them in and there is a chance you get charged for bringing them in with you. I guess you have to spray pesticides on yourself every day before you leave your home so you don't catch any unwanted guests on the way home. 2. Very rude management, especially to migrants. There were benches in front of 114 - 120 buildings and across. There were Muslim ladies used to sit there and their kids would play around those benches. They intentionally removed those benches so the ladies wouldn't sit there anymore. 3. Parking. It used to be 2 parking spot for a 2 bedroom apartment, but now they changed it to 1 spot only. One of the reasons is because the new manager has taken several spots for himself, he blocked 2 spots (for just 1 car) in front of his apartment and also in front of the office and also 2 other spots in front of 105. The office is literally 1 min walk from his apartment and he drives there :(. If they see you cleaning your car in the parking lot, you are in trouble. But the manager who has a black Toyota (Landcruiser if I remember correctly with Florida license plate) permitted himself to hire an outside contractor and have his car washed right in the parking lot and it's OK/normal for themselves. 4. Bye-Bye to your Deposit. Once you move out don't even think about getting your deposit back. They come up with ridiculous amounts of charges for the damages. The apartments are old in the first place, but when you move out they will charge you for renovating of the brand new apartment. They don't listen to you whatever arguments you bring to them. I switched apartments 2 times during 8,5 years of my being there. The previous 2 times that I moved out and moved back in, wasn't bad, I believe the reason is there was a different manager who was nice to only charge a couple of hundreds for minor damages. But these new guys (a couple - the wife is the property manager and the husband God knows what he does there) want to keep all your deposits and on top of it, charge you a few thousands extra so they don't spend a penny on renovating the apartment after you move-out. Absolutely ridiculous, it wasn't like this before. But the location is nice though, very good neighbors, close to so many destinations.

Today, I went to the leasing office to ask what happened to our deposit since we left November of last year. The old gentleman was so RUDE. We asked our money back not there. I explain them before about the damaged the storm did to the window. How it broken the window, we have a picture to prove. The manitance even said at time he wouldn't get new window so he get old window replacement it. He said he told the leasing office that he put the older window. The receptionist was nice but the older gentleman been rude and the top that the women from other room didn't want to talk to me. She don't know why the deposit was not released. No explanation! If they don't refund th1e deposit after 6 to 10 days. This is so ridiculous!!!! If they don't, we go to court!!

I didn't want to give ANY START but no choice. The management is the worst! The older gentle man is so rude to the point he was trying to fight me, at time I was 8 month pregnant. I was very SCARED!! I was trying to explain the damage that happened from storm on the windows but he was not listening. HE TREATED ME AS IF I WAS CRIMINAL, we paid the rent on time, i do not know what is his problem was. We are trying to get our deposit since we been out on November of last year, at first they said 45 days will get the deposit after we called them, they said it will take 45 to 90 days and now we been calling after 90 days to get our deposit back but they don't pick up. Today March 4th 2024 my husband went spoke to them after 3 month and 13 days. I can't believe am saying this but we still didn't get our deposit back. They said after 6 to 10 days. We want our deposit!
