    I remember when going into the store was actually helpful. Now the employees there make it seem like you are a burden when you are attempting to get anything resolved. My most recent experience was with an individual named Phil. He was working when I entered. He did not greet me as I came into the building and I had to walk up to him to ask for assistance. He reluctantly agreed to help me with only getting the service back on my phone, and told me transferring my data would cost $30. Which is fine I understand that the store has policies that he has no control over. What I did not appreciate is he gave me no guidance on how I would be able to do it myself. Just told me that he would not unless I was willing to pay the fee. While he was activating my new phone he put the phone upside down with my camera on the table with no protection between it. I had to ask him to put something under the phone so there was not a possibility of my camera being scratched. After he set my phone up he asked me again if I wanted to have him transfer over the data and I said no. He did not ask me if I needed any further assistance with anything and walked away from me to help another customer. Leaving my phone on the table. I felt like his demeanor and professionalism was not up to Verizon standard. Or the standard of any professional setting. I understand that the world is going toward everything being able to be done from the comfort of our homes and with A.I assistance. HOWEVER there is still a job to be done there because there are employees there. They should take pride in the job and not make people feel like a nuisance. Thank you.

    On Tuesday, April 11th at 3:25PM, I walked into this Verizon branch for billing assistance. Multiple customers walking in and out. Phil walked back and forth from the office with another customer whom he was assisting. We made eye contact twice and not once approached me to say, "Someone will be with you shortly." I personally waited 30 minutes (3:55PM) in front of the entrance before Phil walked over to "check me in." All left was myself and one other customer standing at the door. He proceeded to call me over to a station to discuss my question. He stated my plan was new and Verizon no longer sponsored the program I came in to ask about. He texted me a link to review on my own time. Our interaction was approximately less than 5 minutes as I was walking back to my car by 4PM. Worst customer service I've encountered at my local Verizon location. I am a returning Verizon customer and was very disappointed with that kind of customer service. As inconvenient as it will be, I will no longer be retuning to this location.
