        Not sure who the guy is thats working this morning. But he acted like he didnt want to be there and was on his personal phone talking to someone. No greeting until I said something. And then he finally got off the phone. Not very engaging. Wont be going back.

        I needed to replace a lost phone and I upgraded on my family plan and so did my grandfather. The manager that assisted us was incredibly helpful,very knowledgeable, and made us very comfortable with our decisions. This was one of the best experiences we've had with AT&T. Thanks again. Im not sure what your name is, sir, but we talked about football A lot and my grandfather appreciated your services. We will definitely be back at this location if we need anything else
