Brock did amazing!!! Im a pain in the butt anyway and he worked with us so good still after we purchased it, he took care of us almost 6 months if not more after Im extremely impressed I would definitely recommend Brock as your sales man

The service department is excellent. Im always able to get an appt in a timely manner. The waiting areas are pleasant. They do offer me a ride if my appointment is going to take very long too. They are very efficient and professional.

Great service! There is also a nice waiting area. I went to get a new battery in my car. When I got in my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had been vacuumed and the windows were cleaned. I had just driven 5 hours and had a lot of bugs on my windshield before they cleaned it. Update: They are doing some sort of construct inside. Service wasn't affected, but the office area is a bit cramped.

I would strongly advise to steer clear of this dealership's service department for any services beyond a basic oil change. The technicians' diagnostic procedures lack comprehensiveness, and the service advisors do not possess the necessary expertise.
For more complex services, especially warranty-related work, I strongly suggest taking your vehicle to West Motor Ford in Preston, ID. The brief drive north is a small price to pay for the high level of competence and proficiency exhibited by both their technicians and service advisors.
It is important to mention that Wilson Motor does have an excellent parts department. Tyson and Tom consistently exceed expectations in locating and ordering parts while delivering exceptional customer service.
Additionally, Lynette in the quick lube department (separate from the service department) is highly commendable, although her advising capabilities are limited to basic services.
