    Very poor customer service from the body shop. I got into an accident, I took my truck over to have an estimate done it took them 3 weeks to get me a full estimate. Oscar who is over the body shop is a complete Jerk. He has no customer service skills at all. He lied to me the whole time they had my truck, he even went behind my back though my insurance company & had things done behind my back. They took my truck apart without my consent & refused to give me my truck back. Oscar was going to charge me over $11,000 to fix my truck adding parts that did not need to be replaced. I ended up going elsewhere to get my truck repaired under $7,000 due to Oscar's lies & poor customer service I'm done with this body shop. Don't wast your time with this Jerk

    We were on our way home pulling our camper. Our Ford truck broke down and we stopped and asked for help. Braxton in the service department was awesome! They were crazy busy and he told me, I'm going to do everything possible to get you going. They were all great and I will be forever grateful for the great service we received. Something you don't always get anymore..

    Parts department didn't know anything about the parts he was ordering; I had to explain to him the difference between an 'early 99' and 'late 99' 7.3 diesel. He didn't believe me that there was a difference. Still ordered the wrong part. Then 'ordered the right one', but the part never came in; told me to ask around at the auto parts stores... Still waiting for the part... Would give zero stars if I could.

    I set up an appointment to get a recall fixed on my truck. It took them a while to get the parts they needed. I had an appointment set up to drop off my truck on November 10th. They ended up ordering the wrong parts. They said they would have them the next week. I left my truck there for the week. On November 20th they still didn't have the parts that week I went and got my truck. They told me they would call when they had the parts. I was told it would be around a week. By December 4 they still had not called me. I called and they said they would look into it and called me back. They didn't. I called on the 7th and talked to the parts manager. He told me he would look into it and call me back. He never did. Today (1/9/24) I finally got a call informing me the parts are in and they can set me up an appointment. Two months after my original appointment. After the manager never called back I called stephen Wade in st George. They had the parts in a week.
