Tooele Ford

Things started out well, got a couple oil changes here and I thought they did a good job. But my past 4 times have just been terrible. First time was just a super long wait on an oil change. That day got an appointment for what seems like an easy repair to a sensor, came in and was told after a while they didnt have the part. No biggie, lets order and reschedule. Ordered, came in a couple weeks later and the next available appointment was a month out. Came in a month later.. waited 2 hours before finding out they still didnt have the part. Im 3 Saturdays in now and at least 5 hours lost without a repair. Im just going to go to 5 star auto in Granstville like I should have the first time.

I called FOUR times, in regards to my 2015 Ford Explorer. I requested an oil change, system update, and SD Card for navigation. Finally, after talking to several incompetent employees I was transferred to the Ford Specialist whom scheduled my appoint for today, 04/11/22 at 12:30. My husband went to drop my vehicle off and they advised that we were not on the schedule, and could only complete the oil change (which was going to take 2 HOURS!!) We decided to at least get the oil change done, but then were advised that all paperwork they had down was that my vehicle was a 2012 Ford Explorer, not 2015. WHAT A JOKE! We took our vehicle else where.

If youre looking for a great car and even better customer service than look no further! I went in for an oil change on my current vehicle and left with a new car. I think I really put their 7 day money back guarantee to the test when I called back 2 days later to get my car back. I will add that there was NOTHING wrong with the new vehicle. It was just buyers remorse on my part. There was no pressure from the salesman (William?) to get me to buy. I talked myself into the buy. They stand by their no pressure sales approach. When I asked to get my car back I expected rude employees and a hassle of a return. They literally gave me back my keys and that was it. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I even asked thats it?. To which he (Daryll?) said We stand by our word. I was impressed. Although the sale didnt go through I have nothing bad to say about Them. In fact I also needed a reimbursement for the gas I put into the new vehicle and they were quick to respond and Amber issued me a check right away. I will DEFINITELY be back for a new car and get their LIFETIME warranty.

Tooele Ford was incredible, we bought a Ford Explorer from them. The sales department was incredible, finance was amazing. We had a slight hiccup in service, but they definitely made up for it. From Brians quick response, to Mont taking care our explorer, it was great! Jennie the service manager was so great and so easy to talk to. Johnny the service advisor was also very friendly and had a great attitude. I have to say I am very impressed with Tooele Ford. I really appreciate this dealership. I will definitely be a life long customer.

Rico was fantastic. Super service, speed and accuracy. Would definitely seek out Rico and Tooele Ford again for a future purchase.
