After some time of finding another truck we came to get & found it had been sold. Was very disappointed the truck was sold.. after checking we picked another one on the lot & are happy with it.

The service manager Tyler is simply AMAZING! He is very responsive, friendly and will keep you updated. My truck has been in the service department for some warranty work and Tyler has been super helpful throughout the process!

Been trying to use my portfolio extended warranty since October of 2023 to get some repairs done to my truck that I bought from murdock gm. It's now the end of February and I still can't get service advisers to call me back. I talked to the service manager and he gave me the long winded blow ya off answers because he didn't know what's going and called the General Manager and left a voicemail with no return phone call. Does not instill confidence on my purchase of a 75k dollar truck with them and this looks like the last purchase I will make with them. Service and communication is everything and they are serverly lacking.
