Excellent service department - JD and Shane are awesome. I love the video the service tech does after and during the diagnosis or service. This video is sent to me via email and shows the work completed and the recommendations during the service. All I ask is if there is a part my truck needs (ie new filters) that I am sent a text, call or email that this is recommended and completed.
